A good few years ago, I quit a six-figure job in the nuclear industry. I was sitting in a concrete bunker at 1AM, watching two 50-year-olds argue about overtime, and realized if I didn't at least try something, I was looking at myself in 30 years. The cost of staying was higher than the cost of trying to build something on my own. So I did just that.
I decided to go all in on Airbnb arbitrage. I figured it out eventually, but I made every mistake in the book and lost tons of money along the way. Looking back, basically all of it could've been avoided if I'd just had the right person in my corner. So I built what my younger self needed.
And just like that, Vacarya was born. The Vacarya network has 400+ active units, does $1.4M a month in bookings, and has helped over 100 operators build a second income stream through Airbnb arbitrage. Some are already scaling into seven figures.
Operating at this level, we simply have a perspective most people selling advice don't, and I'm tired of seeing surface-level Airbnb advice turned into another overpriced course by some 'coach' on Instagram.
